High Potentials Programmes

High Potentials Programmes create enormous possibilities as far as designing and conducting developmental programmes are concerned. So far we have realised Hi Po programmes in 4 companies. Each time we designed the event from scratch. The basic goal of these programmes is to inspire the participants to develop individually and to adopt it as their way of living and functioning at workplace as well as to create a group that will be able and willing to influence the organisation.

AC, recruitment based on WSA, interviews based on competences, 180 and 360 degree feedback.

2. Kick Off: an artistic event, social project, journey, drumming workshops... our ideas in this area are practically limitless. The only limit could be your budget.
