About Us
Imagine the surface of the water.
Above water there are some phenomena and processes that organisations use in order to ensure efficient functioning: plans, goals, procedures, post descriptions, budgeting, analyses, etc. Each organisation needs to possess these to some extent.
The world under water is the realm of interpersonal relationships, emotions, motivations, values, convictions and ambitions.
Sometimes the company focuses on the development of the phenomena above water. The world under water is neglected because it is hard to measure - it is "invisible". However, it turns out that people come to work together with their underwater experience. Roles and posts are the instruments whose efficiency depends on a person*.
Efficient human resources and organisation management requires balance in developing operational and managerial skills.
In our activity we combine the elements above water with those from under water. We realise that many problems above water are actually based somewhere under water. Such a problem cannot be solved using "above water" methods. Those consultants who offer such solutions cure only the symptoms of the problem.
Pathways was created as a combination of doing, having and being. It is a bit like joining fire with water. In business it often seems very difficult. By our work we want to show that it is in fact possible and what's more, that it brings us joy.
