Our Mission

The Mission of Pathways Poland is to inspire people to develop and take responsibility for the reality that surrounds them.

How do we understand this?

We develop people and organisations. We discover in people what they cannot observe themselves. If you treat development as a trend, nothing will come out of it. Development is a way of life. It requires full involvement, not just a "subsidy". As a team we continuously work on our own potential; our work is a place for personal development.

We inspire people to take responsibility for the reality that surrounds them: the teams they work with, local communities they live in, nature and environment. The awareness that comes together with individual development does not let you make a step backwards - withdraw, turn a blind eye, avoid influence, suppress your emotions.

A human being who develops is ready to perceive life holistically, to see links between phenomena, people and their needs. In Pathways we invite people to think holistically: we join people from different worlds (businessmen, artists, children...), we combine elements (conferences, artistic events, social projects...), we combine the "hard" with the "soft" (acheiving business goals through people). We combine the possible with the impossible in order to discover the potential and inspire people to use it creatively.
