LDI - Leadership Development Intensive

This programme is designed for high level management staff. It is good for people who need  a lot of theoretical knowledge as well as for those who need maximum practice and inspiration.  John Scherer - the author of the programme - has conducted LDI for 18 years in the USA and the training has been a success so far. In our opinion, LDI leads the participants one step further than the trainings  dealing with leadership skills. This extra step is looking for the answers to five questions, dealing with how the participant functions as a leader and as a human being:

What do I contribute? (To this meeting, to this conversation, to life)

What drives me? (When do I act automatically, without realising it?)

What calls me? (What do I want to express in my life and in my work?)

What do I have to face? (What "tiger" do I have to face? What difficulties do I need to overcome?)

What will set me free? (How can I express myself doing my tasks?)

One of the elements of the programme is 360 degree evaluation and 5 telephone coaching sessions as a follow-up.

The whole Pathways team completed the LDI course in 2007. For almost 10 years we have been conducting trainings, designing the programmes for workshops, conferences or processes. When we encountered LDI, it was an important discovery for us - something we had been looking for. This programme provides an answer to the question of how to conduct intensive trainings for management  staff while at the same time ensuring the feeling of security during an in-depth individual work and lightness in approaching theoretically "heavy" topics. In its subtlety LDI touches upon the level of intention, skipping the level of behavoiurs that are sometimes embarassing or hidden. Thanks to the work on the level of intention, bringing out hidden yearnings and then returning to the level of everyday behaviours, LDI enables you to live your life according to your "internal GPS".
