Conferences

Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen!  We are going to spend three days together - but it's not going to be sitting and listening; those will be three days of interesting and extraordinary work. Our work. There are 300 of us and we are capable of doing something that will come as a surprise even to ourselves.

With these or with similar words we start the conferences that are in our view something more than just a way of transmitting information to a large group of people. In our opinion, the conferences organised for companies are a great opportunity to communicate, to exert influence and to create the effect of synergy. For us, organisers, conferences are "large trainings", when considerable developmental work takes place.

Regardless of the topic of a conference, the goals of each event are constant for us:

- involving people in common effort
- increasing motivation and conviction that people can achieve business effects together, at the same time pursuing their individual development
- common experience after which "the impossible becomes possible"

We are a group of 15 coaches, 10 logistics and more than 20 artists - musicians, dancers, actors and others. Such a number of motivated people enables us not only to organise an event with all logistic and ringleader backup, but also to implement developmental work together with the participants. For the last few years the leitmotiv of the conferences we organise is the introduction of values or new strategies.

According to our customers the workshops we organise are not only perfectly prepared and conducted events. What is more, they provide the participants with unforgettable experience. Sometimes as many as a few hundred people take part in conferences and this is why for us they present a real chance for a turning point in the life of an organisation. Many times  our customers claimed that a conference had a considerable influence on the company's profits.
