Feeling Alive
It happens more and more often that people look for something that will balance their lives. They often strive to work less, but they don't know what to do with their free time. They want to rest and relax, but they don't know how. In their adult lives they have lost this skill. There are many guidebooks on how to maintain balance between work and private life, but reading them won't give you as much as real life experience.
Feeling Alive Programme addresses the needs of the body, mind, spirit and emotions. We cooperate with dieticians, who plan individual diet, yoga and tai chi intsructors, who adjust the exercises to the individual capability of each participant; we introduce the element of stress management (individual relaxation styles, visualisations, breathing exercises). One element of Feeling Alive may be individual coaching and WSA. This programme is not only a "dose of vitamins" but also work on the beliefs you hold about yourself and the outside world.
