360 Degrees
360 degree method research is each time designed according to the needs of our customer.
We offer the whole process made up of the following stages:
- consulting key spheres of the research, - defining the competences that will be researched together with the customer - working out the survey questions - preparing the survey and distributing it - preparing the reports - discussing them duting individual meetings with the participants
The stage of gathering data and preparing reports is based on IT tool. It follows from our experience that discussing the individual report is a particularly important stage. The key to the success of the research is absorbing the information by the participant, understanding it and creating developmental conclusions.
During an individual discussion with a Pathways consultant the participants not only get to know the results, but in the first place realise the significance of these results for their work and their own role in the organisation.
We know that confronting the opinion you hold about yourself with how others perceive you may bacome the starting point for further developmental work - not only during the trainings. It encourages reflection and discovers what is good but also what is dysfunctional. The fact that the research is anonymous encourages the interviewed people to answer honestly and differences between the respondents create a mosaic, which in turn shows a holistic picture of how the participant functions.
